
The rapid increase in interior vehicle temperatures has become an issue that cannot be ignored. According to data from the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in 1981, solar thermal radiation primarily consists of visible light (50%), infrared rays (43%), and ultraviolet rays (7%). These rays enter the cabin through the car windows, causing a rapid accumulation of heat inside the vehicle. To address this issue, we have introduced the Smart Sunroof, a high-tech car roof cover that effectively copes with intense solar radiation. After using this product, the interior can significantly block up to 99% of ultraviolet rays, reduce infrared rays to 3%, and cut most of the visible light to 10%. This substantially lowers the heat generated inside the vehicle due to direct sunlight, further protecting passengers from excessive light and heat exposure. In addition, the Smart Sunroof offers up to 95% shading opacity and up to 88% light transmittance, providing exceptional thermal insulation. It not only effectively blocks 100% of ultraviolet rays and 99% of infrared rays but also significantly reduces glare, impacting the comfort and safety of both drivers and passengers.

Equipped with an innovative smart photo-sensitive feature, the system maintains a power-off shading state when the environmental light exceeds the threshold set by the ECU; conversely, it switches to a power-on transparent state. Additionally, a manual control option has been added, providing tactile feedback and featuring high brand recognition, an elegant appearance, and a compact size. The original vehicle's socket is used for power, preserving the vehicle's warranty; power is supplied via the ACC socket and is cut off when the vehicle is locked, thus preventing power drain and ensuring the sunroof remains shaded when powered off. Different vehicles have distinct power sockets configured, with a rational layout of power access points to avoid extensive disassembly of the interior. An external cigarette lighter option is also available.
Moreover, the system includes advanced Mi Home/HarmonyOS chip modules, offering a variety of smart manual control systems. It can set up interconnected operations for a series of devices based on specific scenario needs: sensor-triggered interconnection can sense environmental changes in real-time and communicate information to other devices; time-rule-triggered interconnection controls devices based on scheduled timings, automating device interactivity; voice control-triggered interconnection supports voice commands, facilitating device interaction through spoken instructions. Currently, the system is compatible with Xiaomi AI Assistant, Huawei Assistant/Siri voice control functionalities, and Apple Watch gesture controls.

All models are molded based on the original vehicle's sunroof, eliminating the need for post-production processing and cutting, which facilitates installation and enhances aesthetics. The installation uses electrostatic adhesion technology, ensuring that the original sunroof's functionality is not affected. The smart sunroof employs an ACC power design and original vehicle hidden wiring, ensuring that vehicle maintenance is not compromised. The product meets German automotive industry quality standards and third-party vehicle specifications, with quality strictly monitored, and adheres to RoSH-certified environmental silicone standards. It features high-temperature resistance, anti-yellowing, and blocks 99% of UV radiation. The double-curved PDLC film seamlessly adheres to the sunroof glass, with a peel strength greater than 350gf/inch; it leaves no residue upon removal, effectively protecting the sunroof's LOW-E coating. The thickness of 90um (3.5mil) effectively conceals small particulate dust.

This product utilizes an ACC direct plug-in method for power, using the original vehicle's socket without affecting the vehicle's warranty. The ACC socket powers the device and automatically shuts off when the vehicle is locked, preventing power drain and ensuring the sunshade is powered down when not in use. Different power sockets are configured for various vehicle models to ensure a reasonable power access point, minimizing the need for extensive disassembly of interiors, thus maintaining extremely low power consumption that does not affect the vehicle's battery life or normal driving use. The product boasts a lifespan of up to 80,000 hours once powered. Additionally, it offers a 2-year warranty where a replacement can be provided upon presenting the receipt, excluding damage due to human error or installation issues.
